Who Am I?

 I am a passionate yoga and meditation instructor based on the beautiful coast of California. My teaching style embraces various yoga forms, including Vinyasa, Yin, and Restorative. Over the years, I’ve been fortunate to guide retreat-style yoga teacher trainings in breathtaking locations like Mexico, California, and Bali. But perhaps what sets me apart is my love for the spiritual and lifestyle aspects of these ancient practices.
